Account deletion
You can request deletion without having the ASIS TAXI application installed.
Customer request
Email asistaxisupport@gmail.com from the address on your account with subject “ASIS TAXI deletion request”. Include your full name and phone number only as needed to identify the account; do not email payment card details. We may ask you to reauthenticate or provide verification before action.
What happens
We disable access and delete or anonymize personal profile data where permitted. We retain records required for transport, accounting, tax, safety, fraud, dispute or legal obligations. A suspension is not an account deletion.
Driver request
Drivers cannot self-register. To request deactivation/deletion, contact asistaxisupport@gmail.com or 068 243 3333. Required company and legal ride records may remain under the retention policy.
