Terms and Conditions

What to expect when you use ASIS TAXI, from your account to your journey.

Business identity and contact

Registered taxpayer: Asis Taxi. Trading name: ASIS TAXI. Support and complaints: asistaxisupport@gmail.com; 068 243 3333.

Service

ASIS TAXI provides taxi services and a digital booking and ride-management service in Albania. It also connects customers with approved partner drivers under its partner programme. Customers submit a ride request and the system handles driver assignment. A booking is not accepted until the system records acceptance by an eligible driver.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials accurate and secure. Customers must provide a valid phone number for booking. Drivers use only administrator-issued or approved accounts and must not share them. Do not misuse the app, impersonate others, submit false details, interfere with dispatch, use chat abusively, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Payments, cancellation and support

The current customer booking flow creates cash rides. Card-payment functions are not configured; card payments, capture, refunds and card timelines are not currently available. The driver confirms the fare before departure in the current flow, so any displayed amount or route information must be treated as information/estimate unless a lawful binding fare arrangement is confirmed. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the current workflow.

Cancellations, availability and communications

Customers may cancel free of charge before a driver accepts the request. After acceptance, customers must contact support at asistaxisupport@gmail.com or 068 243 3333. Driver rejection does not create a completed ride. Because payment is currently cash after the ride, no cash refund applies. Location, telephone and chat features are provided only for coordinating rides and must not be used for harassment or unrelated marketing.

Suspension, liability and disputes

The service may suspend accounts for security, fraud, safety or material breaches, subject to applicable law and a fair process. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
